Reception was smooth and welcoming. Peter was informative, kind, and respectful. The rooms were clean, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. I appreciated the complimentary tea available 24/7 and coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was nice and well maintained. We were able to walk to Broadway just up the block for cocktails and bar food, which was a great bonus. Despite being near a train station, the room was well insulated—we slept very well. Overall, it was a good stay—reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient. I would definitely return. My only suggestion would be to update the pillows and bedding, as they make a bit of a crunchy sound.

My first time walking into this hotel was a pleasant experience after I booked online with Booking.com. Peter welcomed me and expressed that I should contact him if there was anything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Near the hotel, you have restaurants, stores, the subway, and a food truck in front of the hotel. This hotel needs to be promoted more. Thank you for the service from housekeeping, making sure my room was clean. My room was 407, which was very quiet. I want to say in closing, make sure you leave a tip for housekeeping; they work very hard to please us as customers. To the owners of the hotel, please work on deals for the consumers, and thank you and the staff for a peaceful, no-judging experience.

This place was Awesome! For a seemingly small hotel in Brooklyn, I definitely felt safe at Hotel1200. The rooms were clean, the Lobby was beautiful and spacious with extra amenities, and the staff was very friendly and sweet. Shoutout one of the hotel staff, Ruhul! He and all the other clerks were amazing and so funny! Thank you guys so much. Will definitely be back again!

The rooms were very spacious and room service was very efficient at coming and cleaning the room up, getting extra towels, while also giving you privacy. The staff was so kind and helpful the entire time. When we checked out, Hanna was the manager on duty and Shofik was there as well. They were both so kind and helpful despite it being 3 o’clock in the morning when we checked out. Overall, this is was an excellent experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. The subway was also super close, so that was very helpful.

Lavik helped my family out so much to check in smoothly after a long flight and get their bags to their room! He was even nice enough to provide a pillow while they waited for check in. Would definitely book again for the nice rooms, and clean amenities.

I had a great experience at hotel 1200. Everything was clean, organized, and had an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The staff was really welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Also, George at the front desk, handled my last minute concerns quickly and professionally. His level of service makes a difference in hospitality. The hotel management clearly values great hospitality, and having wonderful members on their hospitality team reflects that. I would highly recommend staying here and will gladly return in the future.

I needed a room to stay in as an emergency in the middle of the night. This was the only Hotel nearby that answered my call past 2am inquiring about availability. The receptionist, Laura, was so increadibly nice and understanding, even though i was not at my finest hour. I have never experienced such kindness and hospitality in hotels. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the train was near, bodegas etc.

My hotel 1200 experience was nothing short of top tier. From the moment I arrived I was greeted so kindly by Kayla and Lourdes. Their smiles alone made me feel so welcomed. Kayla had such sharp memory because I called hours before to double on the reservation, and upon meeting me she remembered every detail of our conversation. The room was super cleaned, organized, and well put together. Not to mention they got a microwave and a fridge!!!!!!!! I’ve been to many hotels and some only have mini fridges that barely hold anything. This hotel had it all, especially that 24/7 coffee and tea station downstairs in the Lobby? 10/10. Shoutout to George for his amazing hospitality. He’s so funny and we had great conversations every time I went out and came back in the hotel. He was so kind and always asking if I’m okay or how I’m enjoying my stay. Hotel 1200 will definitely see me again
